i wanna date someone and live with them in a shitty apartment but be happy about it because we are happy together and we can decorate it with stupid dorky posters of shit we like and figurines and art and we can cook weird recipes we found on the internet and eat them and watch cartoons even if the food is gross because we made it and we’re perfect

mcchekov army au

mccoy gets called out to war, chekov’s too young to enlist. bones promises he’ll come back.

months pass

three days before bones is due to coming home the enemies drop a bomb on his camp.

pavel hears a knock on the door, he gets happy and bubbly, finally, leonard is back home. but as soon as he opens the door his smile vanish, it’s jim. all jim has to offer is a dog tag and a bottle of vodka

NONONONONONONONO. This is NOT okay. Not Pavel, not my Baby.

Reblog if you ship McChekov (McCoy/Chekov)

leonardbonesy:

I’m curious about the amount of shippers for various ships in the Star Trek fandom!

I love how some of my friends and me friendzoned each other so hard, that we are actually kissing and stuff, just because of the fun and because we know nothing will ever happen.

This song is fucking beautiful.

Just some songs I like listen to when I have a writers block. Some of them are deep and some are just to sing along. Enjoy!

Tips for Dealing With Writer’s Block
A writer’s worst nightmare. When you have to get out that chapter or write that bio, and nothing is coming. Your mind is blank. You want to write; no, you need to write. What do you do?

Disclaimer: I am no expert, just a helper. These tips won’t work for everyone, but hopefully you’ll be able to find something that helps you out.

Idea #1: Inspiration
You can’t write something, it shouldn’t be a new concept to try to find something to inspire you. Inspiration can be found in so many places, just about any place.
Listen to music. Go onto your iPod, Pandora, radio, or go on a RPHAC’s page and look at their playlists. If you have a specific theme you want to write, try to find music to inspire you to write about it. That’s extremely easy when it comes to playlists. (the-music-mixer has a playlist for just about anything). You can’t find a playlist for what you need, ask an RPHAC to make one for you. Then, if you ever get writer’s block again (and you will) you will have it handy.
Watch a movie or TV show. Try to find a movie/tv show in the genre you’re looking to write about and pay attention. This is not a time to be texting your girl about your cuticles, actually watch the movie. Pay attention to those little details, because those will be the things that will inspire you.
Go to a public place and watch people. Do it. Be that stalker. It’s really surprising how much it helps. However, you can’t be like me who is a female Mr. Fredricksen who grumbles about all the sluts and manwhores. You have to go with an open mind and watch what people are doing. The little things going on.The little things, as always.
Pictures are fun. Go onto a photosite or go to an inspiration page (such as musespiration, because it is awesome) and just look. May inspire you.
Idea #2: Get Writing… Something Else
A lot of people will tell  you to just push through and write what you need to write, but I personally can’t, not matter how hard I try. But writing is good, so why not try to write in another area.
If you have any other stories you’re writing at the time, go and work on them for awhile. Sometimes to get rid of writer’s block, you just need to get the juices flowing, light the fuse so to speak.
Look up some writing prompts and write some drabbles based on them. I personally like using fanfiction for writing prompts, so then I have most things figured out. Or if you’re writing a piece of fiction, try to do the prompt with the characters from your story. Here are some prompt sites, if you need some:  X X X
Read a guide on how to write something, such as the tumblr ones about how to write a certain character, and then try to write a character like that, even if it’s just a drabble (a short scene, usually less than 1,000 words.). The challenge may be just what you need.
Idea #3: Random Tips, in case the rest didn’t work.
Take a shower. There is nothing more thought provoking than having warm water rush down your body. Random thoughts always creep in to our minds in the shower, it’s not a bad idea to try.
Take a walk. I know, exercise! But I don’t know, in high school I took a walk almost every day just to clear my mind. Story ideas almost always came to me.
Take a nap. Why not? Who knows, you might dream something amazing.
Writer’s block is a pain in the ass. It truly is but is incredibly inevitable. We all have to deal with it and we all do in our own ways. I hope some of these tips helped you out. If you have any more ideas, send them into me! I want this list to always be expanding and it can only do that with your help. My ask is always open.

Doch Ich will einfach mal abwarten, was dieser Urlaub so bringt.
